Through coming face to face with a T-Rex and a group of baby dinosaurs, the children were able to explore different emotions and develop their confidence to talk about how they feel, particularly in a situation which is new to them and might seem scary - such as meeting a large dinosaur! During the sessions, the children were also able to help each dinosaur think through how it might go about solving its problems in social situations.
